R. Danny Campbell, formerly vice president of Investments to the Henry Family and vice president of Business Development for Henry Resources is currently president of Henry Resources leading the oil and gas team. Campbell joined Henry in May 2007 with twenty-six years of oil and gas experience and banking background. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Permian Basin Petroleum Association, current chairman of PBPA, City Bank Lubbock, Midland's National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Church Counsel & deacon at First Baptist Church.

Roger G. Alexander, vice president - Permian. Alexander joined Cimarex Energy Co. in 2002, as land manager of its Gulf Coast Region. Upon the Cimarex's acquisition of Magnum Hunter Resources in 2005, he became the company's Permian Basin region manager. Alexander began his career in 1981 with Texas Oil & Gas as a landman, in Midland, Texas. He subsequently joined Alexander Energy Corp. as vice president - Land. Alexander is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Petroleum Land Management.
Robert J. Anderson
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Engineering, Earthstone Energy
Robert J. Anderson, a petroleum engineer with over 30 years of diversified domestic and international oil and gas experience, has served as Earthstone's executive vice president, Corporate Development and Engineering, including its predecessor company, since March 2013. He served from August 2012 to February 2013 as EVP-COO of Halcón. Anderson was employed by GeoResources and predecessors from March 2004 until its merger with Halcón in August 2012, ultimately serving as a director and EVP-COO–Northern Region. His previous experience includes positions with Anadarko, ARCO International/Vastar Resources, and independents including Hunt Oil, Hugoton Energy, and Pacific Enterprises. His professional experience includes acquisition evaluation, reservoir and production engineering, field development, project economics, budgeting, planning and capital markets. Anderson has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from the University of Denver.
John J. Christmann
CEO and President, Apache Corp.
John J. Christmann IV, CEO and president of Apache Corp., joined the company in 1997 and, most recently, was executive vice president and COO, North America. Prior roles include vice president, Permian region; vice president, business development; and production manager, Gulf Coast region. Before joining Apache, Christmann worked in business development, engineering and oil-marketing for Arco Oil & Gas Co.'s Vastar Resources unit. He received his bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the Texas Tech University Petroleum Engineering Academy.
J. Ross Craft
Founder, Chairman, President and CEO, Approach Resources
J. Ross Craft, P.E., has been president and CEO of Approach Resources Inc. since its inception in 2002 and was additionally named chairman in 2014. Previously, Craft co-founded Athanor Resources Inc., an international E&P with operations in the U.S. and Tunisia, and was its executive vice president from 1998 until its merger with Nuevo Energy Co. in 2002. From 1988-1997, he held various positions with U.S.-focused American Cometra Inc. until its sale in two parts: to Range Resources Corp. and to Pioneer Natural Resources Co. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. In 2012, Craft was named a regional winner for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Southwest Area-North.

Derek's career has been fully devoted to energy advisory, where he has completed over $7.5 billion in capital raising and M&A advisory transactions. Derek spent the first four years of his career at Merrill Lynch, where he primarily focused on capital raising and M&A assignments for large, publicly-listed companies, followed by four years at Integral Advisors, a boutique A&D advisory firm he co-founded in 2009. Most recently, Derek served within Wells Fargo's A&D group, where he helped package, market and close several transactions.
Derek graduated summa cum laude and first in his engineering class from Vanderbilt University and attended the Wharton Executive Education Program, where he passed with honors.

Randy A. Foutch is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Laredo Petroleum. Prior to Laredo, Foutch founded and sold three other oil and gas companies, Colt Resources, Lariat Petroleum and Latigo Petroleum. He is currently serving on the board of directors of Helmerich & Payne, Inc. and is a member of the audit, governance and nominating and corporate committees. Foutch is also a member of the National Petroleum Council, the Advisory Council of the Energy Institute at the University of Texas, Austin, and several nonprofit and private industry boards. Previously, he served on the board of directors of Cheniere Energy, Bill Barrett Corporation and MacroSolve, Inc. Foutch holds a bachelor of science in geology from the University of Texas and a master of science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston.

Joe Gatto is the president and chief financial officer of Callon Petroleum Co. and is also its treasurer. Prior to joining the company in April of 2012 as its senior vice president of corporate finance, he had a long-standing relationship with Callon as an outside advisor on financing and strategic assignments. John Lindsay is president and CEO for Helmerich & Payne, Inc. He graduated in 1986 from the University of Tulsa after receiving a bachelor of science degree in Petroleum Engineering. Lindsay joined H&P in 1987 as a drilling engineer trainee and began his career at Helmerich & Payne as a roughneck. He has since served in various positions, including operations manager, vice-president of U.S. land operations and executive vice president, U.S. and international operations for Helmerich & Payne International Drilling. Effective March 5, 2014, Lindsay was named president and CEO.

Tom Meneley, chairman and CEO of Plantation Petroleum Co. LLC, started the series of Plantation Petroleum companies in 2001. In the past 15 years, Plantation has made more than $1.2 billion in Permian Basin acquisitions, including Maynard Oil Co. (2002), Zia Energy Inc. (2003), Doyle Hartman Oil Operator (2005), LCS Production Co. (2009) and BC Operating Inc. (2012) in the Permian Basin. Prior to forming Plantation, Meneley was principal and manager of business development with Smith Production Inc. He joined Smith after 10 years with McNair Energy Services Corp. Meneley holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Vice President, Texas and Marcellus Business Units, Noble Energy
Donnie Moore, vice president of the Texas and Marcellus business units for Noble Energy Inc., assumed the additional role in the Texas business unit in July of 2015 upon Noble's Permian Basin entry via closing its merger with Rosetta Resources Inc. Moore was named vice president of the Marcellus unit in 2013 and previously was business-unit manager, D-J Basin operations. He received his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Tom Petrie, founder and chairman of Petrie Partners LLC, has led more than $200 billion of energy M&A transactions over several decades. Most recently, Petrie served as vice chairman of Bank of America and was previously vice chairman of Merrill Lynch, which acquired the boutique energy investment-banking firm Petrie Parkman & Co., which Petrie co-founded in 1986. Prior to co-founding Petrie Parkman, he was a managing director and senior oil analyst for First Boston Corp. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy, an MBA from Boston University and an honorary doctorate from the Colorado School of Mines.

Scott Sheffield, a distinguished graduate of The University of Texas with a B.S. in petroleum engineering, is chairman and CEO of Pioneer Natural Resources. In 1979, Sheffield became the fifth employee of Parker & Parsley Petroleum in Midland, Texas, and sole staff engineer. By 1991 he was chairman and CEO of Parker & Parsley and under his leadership, Parker & Parsley merged with MESA, Inc. in 1997 to form Pioneer. Today, Pioneer is a large independent E&P company with over 1 billion BOE proved reserves and an enterprise value of $18 billion. Sheffield serves on the boards of the National Petroleum Council, America's Natural Gas Alliance and the Maguire Energy Institute of the SMU Cox School of Business.

Jeff Sieler is a co-head of A&D in the Global Energy Group of Citigroup Investment Bank headquartered in Houston, Texas. Sieler joined the group as a founding member. Sieler's industry experience and technical depth prior to banking spans over 30 years with companies such as Shell Oil Co., Marathon Oil Co., and Kinder Morgan CO2. He was the leader of Marathon's Reservoir Performance team and Champion of its Eagle Ford Integrated Project Team prior to joining Citi. Sieler's 28 years with Shell culminated at the vice president level as manager of the subsurface and well technologies team with a staff of 275, and as a member of the Research and Development council. He graduated from Tulane University with an M.S. degree in petroleum engineering and a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of North Dakota.

Dave Sobernheim is vice president, Engineering, at RockPile Energy Services. He joined RockPile recently after 28 years with Schlumberger where most recently he was in charge of North America stimulation engineering and was an engineering advisor for the company. Prior to that, he has held leadership positions internationally in Europe, Africa, and South America, where he worked to integrate key geoscience and engineering disciplines into value-added solutions for operating companies. Jeff Tillery serves as managing director and Head of Capital Markets. Before that, Tillery was a manager in the corporate advisory services group at Huron Consulting Group, which included multiple engagements in the energy industry. He gained experience as an equity research analyst at Simmons & Company, International. Tillery began his career as an analyst at Arthur Andersen LLP. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
